  • LMC LI-500L Smart Laboratory Incubator
    • Made using premium Japanese components (Mitsubishi and Omron), the LMC LI-500L delivers precise, energy-efficient incubation temperature of 0 to 50oC (or -5 to 50 for the refrigerated version). A 5.6” Omron touchscreen provides intuitive control, real-time graphing, and automatic logging of temperature and humidity data to Excel. Dual Omron temperature controllers and a Mitsubishi inverter ensure reliable, consistent performance for demanding applications like shelf-life studies.
    • The body and frame are built entirely from food-grade SS304 stainless steel. The incubator features built-in UV disinfection, integrated humidity sensing, and wireless monitoring via a dedicated Android tablet app with real-time alerts. Multilanguage support (English/Japanese/Filipino) is available.

  •  Made fromhigh quality Japanese brand components (Mitsubishi and Omron). The following   components form the backbone of the LMC L1-500L:
    • Omron HMI touchscreen display (Omron NB5Q-series HMI)- this touchscreen display features an intuitive user interface for temperature setpoint setting and data logging
    • Omron Temperature Controller (Omron E5C-series)– this temperature controller makes use of a smart PID algorithm to reach and maintain the desired temperature setpoint
    • Omron Solid State Relay (Omron G3PE-series) – acts like a bridge between the temperature controller and the heating element. Unlike traditional relays that are noisy and have relatively short lifespan, this Omron SSR will ensure quiet and reliable operation of the incubator.
    • Mitsubishi Variable Frequency Inverter (Mitsubishi FR-series inverter)- this efficiently control the speed (and thus the air flow rate) of the blower motor.
    • Omron brand panel lights, switches and circuit breakers – these miscellaneous electrical components are all Omron brand.
    • Panasonic compressor (QB-series) – reliable compressor that uses safe r134a refrigerant.
  • Touchscreen display and data logging feature are standard features. The Omron 5.6” color touchscreen display features real-time temperature graphing and data logging. Temperature data (and relative humidity) and the respective timestamp is stored in a removable flash disk. It is stored in excel file format (.xls).
  • Equipped with Inverter Drive (Mitsubishi FR-series variable frequency inverter). This is significantly more energy efficient than other incubators without inverter.  
  • Equipped with Dual temperature controllers (Omron ECN-series). Unlike most laboratory incubations with single controllers, the LMC LI-500L has redundant (dual) temperature controllers which is more robust. This feature would be indispensible in long-term incubation like in shelf-life studies of food products.
  • Built-in UV disinfection feature. Four UV lamps provide thorough chamber sterilization between cycles.
  • Relative humidity sensor is standard. Unlike most laboratory incubators which only measures temperature, the LMC LI-500 also measure the relative humidity. The humidity data may also be logged.
  • All SS304 stainless steel body. The whole body (including the outer shell) is made of food-grade SS304 stainless steel. All weld seams are TIG-welded and passivated for enhanced corrosion resistance.
  • LMC Wireless Real-time Monitoring System (WRTMS) is standard.  This is our proprietary android app allow the user to remotely monitor the LMC LI-500L incubator. It runs on a 10” android tablet (included in the package). In case of power outages or device malfunction, it can alert the user by automatically sending email messages. This would be helpful in preserving critical samples by allowing early intervention.
  • Multilanguage support. The touchscreen user interface and product manual supports multiple languages (English, Japanese, Filipino).

10” Android tablet showing the proprietary LMC app. The LMC Wireless Real-time Monitoring System (WRTMS) comes standard with the incubator. This app enables users to remotely monitor and control the LMC LI-500L. In the event of a power outage or device malfunction, the system automatically sends email alerts to notify the user. This feature helps protect critical samples by allowing prompt corrective action. The tablet itself is included in the package.
