Laboratory Spray Dryer
LMC SD-2L-V2 is a mini spray dryer suitable for small scale production of food and industrial powdered products. It is a versatile and highly customizable laboratory spray dryer. Its modular design enables easy adaptation to meet specific user requirements. It features a 7″ touchscreen for parameter setting and data logging. The body and vessels are food grade SUS304 stainless steel. This machine is equipped with name-brand parts such as Dwyer flowmeter, Siemens PLC (process controller), Schneider inverter (motor controller), Fuji Electric blower and Schneider circuit breakers.
Commercial Spray Dryer
LMC SD-10L is suitable for commercial production of powdered foods. It features an all SUS304 stainless steel construction. The heat source is a LPG burner with flame-out safety feature. The atomizer is rotary type which less prone to clogging than conventional nozzles. Drying parameters can be set using the machine’s 7″ touchscreen.
Coconut Oil Refinery
LMC ORM-1T produces high quality refined oil from crude coconut oil extracted from copra. It has a capacity of 1 ton per day, suitable for small to medium-scale operations. All parts in contact with oil are made of food-grade SUS304 stainless steel.
