LMC SD-2L-V2 Laboratory Spray Dryer

The LMC SD-2L-V2 is a versatile and highly customizable laboratory spray dryer. It is suitable for laboratory scale production of powdered products ranging from food powders such as coffee to industrial powders such as pigments and detergents. Its modular design enables rapid adaptation to meet specific user requirements. Quick-release sanitary connections ensure fast, tool-free assembly and disassembly. The spray dryer’s body, vessels and piping are SUS304 stainless. All weld seams are tungsten inert gas (TIG) welded and passivated for enhanced corrosion resistance. The NanoMan™ coating, which is invisible, UV stable, chemically resistant, and certified food-safe nano-coat, is offered as an optional feature for the cyclone and drying chamber.

The LMC SD-2L-V2 is capable of both classical and encapsulation spray drying. It features a 7″ touchscreen for parameter setting and data logging. This machine is equipped with name-brand parts such as Dwyer flowmeter, Siemens PLC (process controller), Schneider inverter (motor controller), Fuji Electric blower and Schneider circuit breakers.
